5.Requests for Disclosure of Personal Data If a request for disclosure (such as regarding a confirmation of the purpose of use, disclosures, corrections, suspensions of use, etc.) is received from an individual regarding the personal data of that person, we will first confirm that the request is actually from the individual or their representative and thereafter respond in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Act.
